Fattoria Pagano has as its primary objective the respect for nature and its fruits. A philosophy focused on bringing wine as close as possible to nature; the goal is cultivate respecting the soil, the microclimate and plant biodiversity. We need to obtain intact and ripe fruits, in order to create the conditions for which the fragrance, taste and aroma of the wine can be the purest expression of the vineyard. Reason why a great wine can only be born from the care and love transmitted for one's vineyard. Harvest must be a celebration, a moment of joy and naturalness, according to the ancient traditions of the area.
